With 241 exhibitors and 8340 visitors from 19 countries, Food Africa 2015 was not only a success to its organizer, IFP, but proved to be just as fruitful to exhibitors. More than just a congregation of booths & pavilions, the expo also hosted a number of conferences that discussed relevant pressing topics as well as the challenges that the sector faces, including production and processing, as well as international food quality and safety standards.
